Today’s Federal Register is here. The new deemed IRA proposed regulations have been published and you can access them here. Jane Kim writing for the Dow Jones Newswires via the Buffalo News reports on a popular topic these days–“More 401(k)s offering investment management service“–and discusses Wachovia’s plans to for a new 401(k) plan option called “Advice Track” where participants can have Wachovia choose their mutual fund options for them based on asset allocation recommendations from Morningstar.
